Items returned in new condition will be processed for a FULL refund of the purchase price (shipping costs not included).

If you wish to return your product at any time within 30 days, we will require the following information.

Send us a return request email with the email title written as “Return Product.” Please include the following details:

  2. Transaction Order number.
  3. Tell us why you would like to return your product.

You will get a reply from our support team with the details of where you can return the items. We will NOT accept any item that has not been previously approved to be returned.
